This green Spirulina Smoothie Bowl is the perfect summer breakfast. Super easy, vegan, gluten free & full of vitamins. Colorful and crispy, topped with fresh fruit & homemade granola. Yum!

  • 2 very ripe bananas* peeled
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 orange juiced
  • 1/2 zucchini | courgette
  • 1/2 mango peeled
  • 1 handful of kohlrabi leaves** roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

Additionally for decoration:

  • pomegranate seeds
  • mango diced
  • your favorite granola***
  • coconut chips
  • goji berries

[:de]Anleitung[:en]Instructions[:]

  1. Put all the ingredients in a high speed blender. Blend everything for 1-2 minutes on a high level until the smoothie is creamy and smooth.

  2. Pour the finished smoothie into a beautiful bowl and decorate it with pomegranate seeds, mango, coconut chips, goji berries and delicious crunchy granola.

  3. Enjoy!

* You can also take frozen banana slices instead. Then your smoothie bowl will be even more creamy and refreshingly cool.

** Kale or lamb's lettuce are a good alternative here. Depending on what you have at home.
